芡欧鼠尾草有效成分的测定(11400字)
摘 要:芡欧鼠尾草(Salvia hispanica L.)英文名为Chia,产自墨西哥等北美洲地区。种子无色无味,富含DHA、各种维生素、蛋白质、脂类、矿物质、食物纤维等丰富的营养,可以直接食用。为了丰富我国绿色食品植物新资源,本课题组2006年首次从美国引进了芡欧鼠尾草作为新种质,现已证明该植物适应性好,在长沙地区、永州宁远能正常开花接种,对环境中其他物种无毒副作用。本项目采用气相色谱法对种子有效成分进行了测定,结果表明与原产地DHA含量基本相似。 因此,本项目的实施,填补了植物DHA的研究空白,并在健康食品的开发上具有深远的意义。

Determination of effective components of Salvia hispanica L.
Abstract: Salvia hispanica L. is also called chia, Produced in Mexico, North America. Chia seeds are colorless and tasteless seeds, and can be eaten because they are rich in DHA, vitamins, proteins, lipids, minerals, rich in dietary fiber and other nutrients. In order to enrich our new resources for green foods, Salvia hispanica L. was introduced from America for the first time as a new germplasm in 2006. It has been proven that chia is adaptable of the climate in Changsha and Yongzhou Ningyuan, it flowered normally, have no toxic and side effects on other species. The effective composition of chia seeds had been determined by gas chromatography, the results showed that which was similar to those in American native seeds.
