基于ABAQUS刹车盘结构优化设计(任务书,开题报告,毕业论文10300字)
[摘要] 刹车的工作原理主要是来自摩擦,利用刹车片与刹车碟(鼓)及轮胎与地面的摩擦,将车辆行进的动能转换成摩擦後的热能,将车子停下来。刹车片是汽车的刹车系统中最关键的安全零件。因为刹车效果的好坏都是刹车片起决定性作用,所以说好的刹车片是人和汽车的保护神。 刹车片一般由钢板、粘接隔热层和摩擦块构成,钢板要经过涂装来防锈,涂装过程用SMT-4炉温跟踪仪来检测涂装过程的温度分布来保证质量。其中隔热层是由不传热的材料组成,目的是隔热。摩擦块由摩擦材料、粘合剂组成,刹车时被挤压在刹车盘或刹车鼓上产生摩擦,从而达到车辆减速刹车的目的。其中,ABAQUS就是使用的最为广泛有限元分析软件之一。在刹车盘结构优化设计时,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,在刹车盘结构优化设计时,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,发现带有圆孔的刹车的热应力分布总体比较均匀,这样的刹车盘总体受力比较均匀,在运行时,所受的摩擦力即摩擦产生的热对其性能影响较小,所以具有很好使用周期,对比没带圆孔的刹车盘,刹车盘的总体所用材料较多,质量较重,不便于散热,但受到的热应力分布十分不均匀,在刹车盘安装刹车片处受力较大,容易造成刹车片从刹车盘上断裂。

The structure optimization design of brake disc in view of ABAQUS
[Abstract] The working principle of the brake is mainly from the friction, the use of brake pads and brake disc (drum) and the friction between tire and ground, to convert the kinetic energy of vehicle travel to friction heat, will stop the car. Brake pads is the key safety parts in automobile braking system. Because the braking effect is good or bad are decisive pads, so good brakes is the patron saint of people and cars. General by the brake pad steel plate bonding, heat insulation layer and the friction blocks, steel to rust after coating, the coating process using SMT - 4 furnace temperature tracker to detect temperature distribution in the coating process to ensure quality. The heat insulation layer is composed of no heat transfer materials, heat insulation. Friction block is composed of friction materials, adhesives, squeezed when the brake on the brake disc or drum brake friction, so as to achieve the purpose of the vehicle deceleration braking, is one of the most widely used finite element analysis software of ABAQUS.During The structure optimization design of brake disc using ABAQUS finite element analysis software, brake disc structure optimization design, using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, found with a round hole in the brake thermal stress distribution is evener, overall the overall mechanical brake disc is evener, at run time, the heat produced by friction is the friction of the smaller effect on its performance, so has the very good use cycle, contrast without the round hole of the brake disc, brake disc of the material is more, the overall quality of the heavier, not easy to heat dissipation, but by the thermal stress distribution is very uneven, more stress in brake disc brake pads installation place, easy to cause fracture from disc brake pads 。
