论科技英语新词的翻译(7500字)
摘  要：本论文从科技新词的来源、发展和构词方面出发，结合相关详细举例说明，探讨了科技英语新词特点及其翻译。作者在文中提出了科技英语新词的四个特征，即日常专业词汇、借词、一词多义以及构词法。最后得出结论，科技英语新词的翻译方法大体包含5类：直译、意译、音译、半音半意译、形译。这项研究对于帮助同学们正确理解和采用科技英语新词具有重要意义。

Study on the Translation of Scientific English Neologisms
Abstract: This paper attempts to discuss some representation features of English neologisms in science and technology and vocabulary translation from the aspect of scientific neologisms’ sources and developmet as well as its word-formation by meticulously selecting many fresh examples. The author puts forward 4 features of scientific English neologisms, i.e. specialization of words in common use, loanwords borrowing, one word with multiple meanings and words-building. It concludes that translation skills of scientific English neologisms include literal translation, free translation, transliteration, combination of transliteration and free translation, formal translation. The research is of great significance to help students understand and adopt scientific English neologisms properly.
