摘要:本文根据中美在饮食概念,餐具,口味,餐桌礼仪和饮食习惯等行为方面的不同表现试图从实体行为与非实体行为的角度阐述中美不同的饮食文化差异。作者提出了两国文化之间的差异造就了其饮食文化的差异,而这种差异来自于中美不同的价值观,思维方式和处世哲学,得出了人们应了解中美的饮食文化,端正对各自文化的态度,可以避免因不同的饮食文化和价值观导致的矛盾和冲突,这对跨文化交际具有积极的影响。本研究对增进中美之间的了解和沟通及避免跨文化造成的冲突具有重要意义。

Ethnic Differences in Physical and Non-physical Behavior Revolving Dietary Intakes Between
Abstract: This paper attempts to discuss the dietary culture between China and America from the aspects of physical and non-physical behaviors, such as conception, dinnerware, taste, dietary habit, table manners and so on by meticulously selecting many fresh examples. The author puts forward that the culture distinctions between China and America result in the dietary culture differences between the two ethnic, which spring from different values, mode of thinking and philosophy of life. It concludes that understanding their ethnic differences and rectifying the attitudes towards the individual culture will help to avoid the contradictions and conflicts brought forth by different dietary culture and values,which will have a great effect on cross-cultural communication. The research is of great significance to promote culture exchange and development of the two countries,and to get out of many cross-cultural crush .
