摘 要 :本文以非洲菊品种‘玲珑’的鲜切花为试验材料,对其进行不同低温处理的套袋干藏试验。测定了冷藏过程中鲜切花的鲜重变化率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量、POD、SOD、MDA含量及相对电导率等生理生化指标。结果表明:在4℃条件下对非洲菊‘玲珑’进行干藏是最合适的,贮藏期限以六天为宜。与室温相比,冷藏过程中花枝鲜重损失率,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量、POD、SOD酶活性、MDA含量及相对电导率变化明显缓和。

Effects of Different Low-temperature Treatments on the Physiological and Biochemical Indices of Cut Gerbera Flower ‘Linglong’
Abstract:In the paper,Gerbera Variety ‘Linglong’ for the texted material,it was experiented with different low temperature treatment of bagging dry storage. Measured change rate of fresh weight, soluble sugar,soluble protein content,POD,SOD activity ,MDA content,relative electrical conductivity and other physiological and Biochemical Indices changes of fresh cut flowers in the cold storage . The results indicated that the dehydration of Gerbera ‘Linglong’ is the most suitable in the 4℃ within 6 days.Compared with room temperature , the change rate of fresh weight, soluble sugar,soluble protein content,POD,SOD activity ,MDA content,relative electrical conductivity are aparently lelitive in the cold storage.
