稻曲病室内药剂筛选试验研究(7300字)
摘 要:稻曲病是一种水稻穗部病害,由稻曲病菌Ustilaginoidea virens(Cooke)Takahashi在水稻穗部为害产生稻曲球,目前已经上升为水稻产区的主要病害之一。
本研究主要为稻曲病药剂室内筛选试验研究,筛选出有效控制水稻稻曲病的药剂。采用室内离体平皿生长速率法测定药剂的杀菌毒力,测定供试药剂对稻曲病病菌的毒力,并采用最小二乘法求得其毒力回归方程。70%甲基硫菌灵EC50(ug/mL)是2.193。15%三唑酮EC50(ug/mL)是0.2791。70%代森锰锌EC50(ug/mL)是35.0720。50%多菌灵EC50(ug/mL)是0.4115。20%井冈霉素EC50(ug/mL)是0.0593。40%稻瘟灵EC50(ug/mL)是40.3554。12.5%烯唑醇EC50(ug/mL)是1.0678。43%戊唑醇EC50(ug/mL)是0.0123。30%丙环唑+苯醚甲环唑EC50(ug/mL)是0.0149。
通过室内药剂筛选实验发现,丙环唑+苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、烯唑醇对稻曲病菌的抑菌活性都很高,对稻曲病的防治有较好的效果。

More than 50 percent bacteria spirit EC50 (ug/ml) is 0.4115. 20% interact EC50 (ug/ml jinggangmeisu) is 0.0593. 40% rice blast spirit EC50 (ug/ml) is 40.3554. 12.5% paclobutrazol EC50 (propylene alcohol 1.0678 ug/ml) is. 43 percent alcohol EC50 (ug paclobutrazol e/ml) is 0.0123. 30% propiconazole + benzene ether JiaHuan thiazole EC50 (ug/ml) is 0.0149.
Through the indoor elixir screening tests found that propiconazole + benzene ether JiaHuan thiazole, alcohol, xi paclobutrazol e paclobutrazol on rice song germs gliadin antibacterial activity is very high, the prevention of rice song disease has good effect.
