摘 要:本文基于09年6-9月份勒流口岸进口水果的现场检验检疫,对无法检验或者暂时无法鉴定的昆虫卵、幼虫、蛹等有害生物进行实验室饲养或培养,培养发现桔小实蝇。因此,将现场检疫的数据和实验室饲养桔小实蝇的数据一同纳入多指标分析法的指标体系,进行入境水果传入有害生物的风险评估。评估结果认为, 进口水果的数量和运输时间对风险值的影响很大, 进口水果装运前的杀虫处理和水果到岸时的检疫处理以及运输途中是否出现极端限制因子对风险值也有明显的影响。

Fruit quarantine and pest risk assessment at Leliu port
Abstract: This paper is based on the on-site inspection and quarantine of imported fruits in Leliu Port from June to September 2009. Through laboratory rearing or culture, most of uninspected or temporarily unidentified insect eggs, larva, pupa, pathogenic micro-organisms and other harmful organisms are proved to be Bactrocera dorsalis. Then, it applies the data of on-site quarantine and laboratory rearing of Bactrocera dorsalis together into the multi-index analysis of indicator system, and assesses the risk of imported fruits bringing in harmful organisms. The simulation results show that quantities and transportation time of imported fruits are influential to the risk value. Disinfestations treatment before export, quarantine inspection to imported fruits arrived at port, as well as occurrence of limiting factor during shipping also contribute significantly to the value of introduction risk.
