    摘  要：以暗黑鳃金龟为研究对象，开展了暗黑鳃金龟成虫产卵量及成活率的影响的研究。结果表明，不同种群雌雄比例、种群密度、土壤类型、饲养时间暗黑鳃金龟的产卵量及成活率有很大差别。雌雄比例过高或过低产卵量均不高，雌雄比例大于或等于1:1时有利于成虫产卵提高，当比例为1:4时最有利于成虫产卵提高，此时单个雌虫产卵量为131.05。但从整体上来看1:3最适合实验室暗黑鳃金龟产卵。而按2:1、3:1养殖的暗黑鳃金龟产卵量很少，雄虫太少不利于其产卵提高。在实验室条件下每箱养殖200头比400头合适。在土壤类型比较中，由于壤土稍微比沙土适合暗黑鳃金龟卵的生殖，但由于成虫抵抗力较强两者成活率相差不大。
