柑橘灰霉病病原菌生物学特性鉴定(毕业论文6630字)
摘 要:柑橘花瓣感染柑橘灰霉病,继而感染幼果,导致幼果脱落或果实表面疤痕问题突出,严重影响柑橘外观品质。为确定病原,从霉菌滋生的花瓣上分离到3个真菌菌株,即H1、L1和L2。3个种菌株经果实接种致病性测定、核糖体间隔区基因序列测定、培养性状及分生孢子形态的研究。结果表明L2不具有致病性,而H1和L1接种在花瓣上均能引起典型的灰霉病症状,并且H1和L1接种在柑桔果实上均能导致表面产生疤痕或者果实脱落。所引起的症状与田间发病花瓣和果实一致,且H1和L1菌株能感染番茄、辣椒、黄瓜果实,以及辣椒叶片幼茎。分子鉴定H1和L1两个菌株均为灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)。本研究对柑橘灰霉病病原生物学特性的揭示有一定价值。

Identification of Biological Characteristics of Botrytis Cinerea
Abstract: The young fruits will be infected after petals of citrus infected by Botrytis cinerea, which it can also cause to yield loss and quality of fruits due to leading abscission of fruits and produce scar on the fruits’ surface. 3 isolates H1, L1 and L2, were isolated and purified from infected petals. Pathogenicity, ITS sequence,culture characters and conidia morphology of the above 3 isolates were studied. The rsults showed that the symptom caused by H1 and L1 was the same with the natural infected petals and fruits, which two isolates could also infect fruits of tomato, cucumber, pepper, and the young leavies of pepper. Both H1 and L1 were identified to be an isolate of Botrytis cinerea. So this study was valuable for the biological characters of Botrytis cinerea.
