谷氨酰胺对鸡新城疫II系苗免疫应激时血液生化指标的影响(7700字)
摘 要:针对畜禽免疫应激这一难题,以鸡为实验动物,开展了谷氨酰胺对鸡新城疫II系苗免疫应激时血液生化指标的影响的研究。结果表明:谷氨酰胺在新城疫II系苗免疫应激时血液中的GSH-Px活性,白蛋白,总蛋白,溶菌酶的浓度变化却无明显规律。从总体上来观察所取的各时间点血液中相关生化指标的变化:除了各组血液中的GSH-Px的活性没有显著的变化外,与空白组相比,对照组免疫后血液中的NO,SOD,白蛋白,总蛋白,溶菌酶的含量出现了一定的降低,而添加了谷氨酰胺的各实验组血液中的相关指标则在一定程度上得到相应的恢复,因此谷氨酰胺在一定程度具有缓解免疫应激的作用。

The effect of glutamine on blood biochemical parameters for Newcastle Disease vaccination stress II
Abstract:To cope with immunological stress during vaccination in production of animals and fowls inchicken was used as experimental models,the effect of gluatamine on blood biochemical parameters for Newcastle Disease vaccination stress II was studied. The results were as follows: The effect of glutamine on GSH-Px activities , albumin, total protein, lysozyme content for Newcastle Disease vaccination stress IIdid not change significantly.From the total of all time points from observation in blood biochemical parameters’ changes: In addition to GSH - Px activities did not change significantly. Compared with the control group, there is a certain degree of reduction on blood biochemical parameters after the immunity.But the effect after gluatamine adding on NO,SOD,albumin, total protein, lysozyme content corresponding recovery to some extent.So Glutamine played an important role in anti-stress and immunological regulation during vaccination of Newcastle disease vaccine II.
