大肠杆菌的分离培养及鉴定(8200字)

摘  要：本试验从湖南地区的6个县市级规模化养殖场取仔猪黄白痢的病料，在实验室进行分离培养，生化鉴定得到大肠杆菌6株。经过血清型鉴定实验得出6种血清型，将这6株菌株进行抗菌谱研究。实验结果表明，引起仔猪黄白痢的这6株大肠杆菌的血清型为O45，O60，O1，O2，O78，O149。而这6株菌株对于氨苄青霉素，四环素，林可霉素，复方新诺明，甲氧胺嘧啶，利福平这六种药有普遍的耐药性。

ISOLATED ,CULTURE AND IDENTIFICATION OF E.COLI Author:Yang Si-yi

Abstract: In this experiment,we have collected 6 patients of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary from 6 county municipal scale farms in Hunan Province. we have obtained 6 E.coli by isolated and cultured and biochemical identification experiment.Serotype experiment showed that there are 6 serotypes, and then the 6 serotypes have antimicrobial spectrum study.The results showed that,the serotype of E.coli caused by Animal Husbandry and Veterinary is O45,O60,O1,O2,O78,O149.And this 6 serotype strains resistant to the six drug of ampicillin, tracycline, lincomycin, sulfamethoxazole, trimethoprim amine pyrimidine, rifampicin.
