不同猪群气单胞菌血清抗体的初步检测(6600字)
摘  要:嗜水气单胞菌属于弧菌科气单胞菌属,在自然界分布广泛,可以感染多种水生及陆生动物并引起不同的疾病,是一种重要的人-兽-鱼共患病病原菌。本实验采用一株来自发病猪体表患部组织的气单胞菌通过ELISA和玻片凝集试验初步检测了不同猪群的抗体情况。结果表明不同猪群均有不同比例的阳性个体,其中母猪阳性个体较多,ELISA检测结果与玻片凝集试验结果完全一致。为气单胞杆菌在当前猪病体系中的作用研究提供了基础。

Pliminary Inspection Technique of Different Pigs' aeromonaz Hydrophila Serum Antibodies
Abstract:Aeromonaz hydrophila belongs to Vibrionaceae Aeromonaz,widely distributed,which can infect a variety of aquatic and terrestrial animals with diferent disease outcomes and is a pathogenefic strain spread among humanbeings,beats and fishes. This experiment basically examined the antibodies through ELISA and agglutinate experiment slides in different groups of pigs with Aeromonaz hydrophlia,which is from lesions on the pigs' skin.The results showed that different groups of swine have their specific rates of possitive antibodies and sow have more.The results through ELISA are consistent with the results from agglutinate experiment slides. The study provided a basis for the research of aeromonaz hydrophila’role in the current system of swine disease.
