虾青素对鸡新城疫II系苗免疫时免疫器官脏器指数和抗体的影响(8200字)
摘 要:本研究针对畜禽疫苗免疫应激这一生产难题,以鸡为实验动物,开展了对鸡新城疫II系苗的免疫应激机理及免疫时虾青素对免疫器官脏器指数和抗体的影响研究。结果表明:虾青素显著提高肉鸡日增重、血清抗体水平,极显著提高脾脏和胸腺的脏器指数。结论:研究发现虾青素具有抗免疫应激和免疫调节作用;虾青素对鸡新城疫Ⅱ系苗免疫时可以对免疫器官脏器指数和抗体产生影响。

Effect of Astaxanthin on Immune organs and Antibody Index after vaccinate with Newcastle disease vaccine II in broiler
Abstract:To investigate immunological stress during vaccination in production of animals and fowls, chicken were used as experimental models, mechanism and regulation for immunological stress of Newcastle disease (ND) vaccination, and astaxanthin on department of immune organs and effects of antibody index were studied.The results were as follows.
1) Astaxanthin played an important role ,daily gain of broilers and antibody titer were significantly increased, organ index of spleen and thymic were very significantly increased.
The research confirmed that astaxanthin played important roles in anti-immunological stress and immune regulation;astaxanthin have the effect on immune organs and antibody index when vaccinate with Newcastle disease vaccine Ⅱ.
