苄嘧磺隆与苯噻酰草胺在水稻植株中的残留行为研究(11000字)
摘 要:苄嘧磺隆•苯噻酰草胺0.42%颗粒剂是两种除草剂与多元化肥料混合精制而成的一种新型药肥混合剂,适用于水稻田除草兼代替化肥养分的合理需要。本实验通过添加回收率实验和田间试验,借助高效液相色谱研究并建立了苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在水稻植株、糙米、谷壳及稻杆中的残留分析检测方法;同时在湖南长沙、浙江杭州、广西南宁三地对水稻植株、糙米、谷壳及稻杆中残留的苄嘧磺隆及苯噻酰草胺进行了分析,研究了它们在水稻植株中的残留降解行为。研究结果表明苄嘧磺隆或苯噻酰草胺在水稻植株中的消解较快:苄嘧磺隆在水稻植株中的消解半衰期在3.38d~3.59d之间,平均半衰期为3.48d;苯噻酰草胺在水稻植株中的消解半衰期在3.29d~4.38d之间,平均半衰期为3.69d。施药后的10d时苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在水稻植株降解率达70 %以上,在14d时其降解率均达83 %以上;这表明苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺属较易降解的农药。

Residues behavior of bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet in rice plant
Abstract : Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet0.42%granules is a new type of diverse mixture of herbicides and refining insecticide and fertilizer. This test use Hplc as method of Detecting Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet compound herbicides. We conducted recoveries of the experimentand dynamic residues test of the three place: Hunan, Changsha, Hangzhou, Nanning, Guangxi.We know the plant residues of the degradation behavior. The active ingredient of Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet in rice plants rapidly digest. The half-life of Bensulfuron-methyl in rice plants is in the 3.38d ~ 3.59d, with an average half-life of 3.48d and the half-life of Mefenacet in rice plants is in the 3.29d~4.38d, with an average half-life of 3.69d. 10d after spraying,the degradation rate of Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet is 70% or more.14d after ,the rate will be 83% or more. This indicates that the degradation of pesticides of Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet is easier.
