市场供应蔬菜中重金属含量的调查(7900字)
摘 要:为了了解长沙市场供应蔬菜中重金属含量,为市民的日常购物提供指导,本实验采用原子吸收分光光度法分别测定来自四个市场的十个蔬菜品种中Hg、Cd、Pb、Cr四种重金属含量。与国家食品卫生标准对照比较了四种重金属的含量,发现40个样品中Hg、Cr两种重金属含量均远远低于国家标准,不会对人体健康造成危害;而Cd、Pb两种元素超标率分别为17.5%、80%。

Research on the Heavy Metal Content of the Vegetables Supplied in the Markets of Changsha
Abstract:In order to understand the heave metal content of the vegetables supplied in the markets of Changsha,as well as providing scientific advice for the daily shopping of vegetables for citizen.The contents of Hg,Cd,Pb and Cr of ten common vegetables from seven supermarkets were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The experiment results showed that the contents of Hg and Cr of ten vegetable samples didn’t exceed National standard as compared with the contents of ten vegetables in National standard. But the overstandard rate of Cd,Pb were 17.5%,80% respectively.
