土壤中阿维菌素持久性研究(8500字)
摘 要:采用田间试验方法,研究了阿维菌素在柑橘园土壤中的残留消解动态,应用高效液相色谱法测定了阿维菌素园在壤中的残留量。研究了阿维菌素在土壤中的残留 动态。介绍了阿维菌素在土壤样品中的提取、净化以及液相色谱的分析测定方法。结果表明:阿维菌素标液浓度在0.0103-10.30 mg/L范围内,标液浓度与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系。阿维菌素在土壤中的平均添加回收率在80.0%-96.2%范围内,土壤中的最低检测浓度为 0.01 mg/kg。维菌素在土壤中的消解动态实验结果表明:阿维菌素在土壤中的消解符合一级化学反应动力学模式C=C0e-kt,长沙、贵州、杭州三地土壤的半 衰期分别为3.24d、4.53d、7.09d。该药属于易分解农药(T1/2<30d),符合阿维菌素残留的检测要求。

Study of avermectin in soil persistence
Abstract: A field experiment was conducted to reveal the residue dynamics and residues of avermectin in citrus of soil.The residue content and degradation dynamics of avermectin in citrus and soil were studied by(HPLC) method.which avermectin residue in soil dynamics. Introduced in rice blast spirit of extraction and purification of soil and the HPLC analysis method。The residue content and degradation dynamics of avermectin in citrus and soil were studied by(HPLC) method.Avermectin showed good linear regression in the range of 0.0103-10.30 mg/L in sample solution.The soil avermectin the digestion dynamics experimental results show that: avermectin the digestion in citrus chemical reaction dynamics model with level C = C0e - kt, changsha, guizhou, hangzhou the half-life of three respectively soil 3.24 d、4.53 d、7.09 d. The half-life of IMI implied that it belonged to non-persistent pesticides(T1/2<30d)。Thees tablished quantitative determ ination method was available with O.O1 mg/kg LOQ in soil.
