福美双的残留分析方法及其在番茄园土壤中的应用研究(9200字)
摘  要:本文建立了福美双在番茄园土壤中的残留分析方法,研究了福美双在番茄园土壤中的降解动态。样品中福美双的残留量采用二氯甲烷提取,高效液相色谱检测。结果表明:福美双在土壤中的添加回收率为63.9%~93.4%,变异系数为3.61%~7.93%,最低检测浓度为0.002mg/kg。降解符合一级反应动力学模式C=C0e-kt,在长沙和广州的降解方程分别为C=0.0873e-0.3508t、C=0.0826e-0.4639t,半衰期分别为1.79d、1.49d,说明福美双在土壤环境中易于降解。

STUDY ON RESIDU ANALYTICAL METHOD AND DEGRADATION
DYNAMICS OF THIRAM IN SOIL TOMATO PLANTED
Abstract: Established a residue analysis method and degradation dynamics study of Thiram in soil tomato planted. The residue of Thiram in soil tomato planted was extracted by Methylene chloride and detected by HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography). Results show that the recovery rate in soil tomato planted is 63.9%~93.4%.And Coefficient of variation is 3.61%~7.93%.Meanwhile the limit of quantification was 0.002 mg/kg for the soil tomato planted. The degradation procedure was correspond to the mathematic pattern, C=C0e-kt, The half life of Thiram in Changsha and Guangzhou were 1.79 day and 1.49 day, and the dynamic equations were C=0.0873e-0.3508t and C=0.0826e-0.4639t respectively. So Thiram was easy to degrade in the soil.
