摘 要：为了了解长沙市民环境意识的现状，把握市民环境意识的总体水平，探讨今后环境保护宣传教育的重点和方向，对长沙市不同镇区的市民的环境意识进行了抽样调查。从环境态度，环境行为，环境知识3个方面对市民的环境意识水平进行了评价，并对影响环境意识水平的个人因素进行了分析和综合评价。结果表明：现阶段长沙市民环境意识勉强进入中等水平，而市民的环境态度已进入较高水平，环境知识为中等水平，环境行为为中等水平，市民的环境态度，环境行为，环境知识水平相互脱节，表现为意识先行，行为滞后。

Abstract：In order to understand the status of changsha city environmental consciousness， grasp the overall level of public environmental awareness of environmental protection， this paper discusses the propaganda education in the future， the focus and direction of the citizens of changsha different township of environmental consciousness had a sampling survey. From environmental attitude， environmental behaviors， environmental knowledge from three aspects of the citizens of environmental consciousness level is evaluated， and the level of consciousness to affect the environment personal factors are analyzed and comprehensive evaluation. Results show that： the present changsha city environmental consciousness reluctantly gone medium-tech， and civic environmental attitude has entered a higher level， environmental knowledge for the medium level， environmental behavior for the medium level， the citizens of environmental behavior and environmental attitudes， the disjointing of environmental knowledge level， expression is consciousness， behavior lag. 研究的目的和意义
本课题主要通过对长沙市民的环境意识调查来反应长沙市民对如今环境的现状的态度，对生活环境的看法及对身边环境付出的行动。从而来判断长沙市民对环境的重视程度和是否需要提高市民的环境意识及要如何来提高市民的环境意识提供重要依据。最终达到通过提高市民环境意识从而影响市民重视环境并且通过自身行为来改变环境。

研究的方法
制作一份环境意识调查问卷，通过问卷调查形式对长沙市各个地区的居民进行抽样调查。通过发放问卷回收问卷然后对调查结果进行统计分析。进而判断长沙市民的环境意识程度，并且提出一些建议性的意见。
