VERICUT环境下的数控仿真加工(毕业论文14000字,数控程序)
摘要:近十几年来,随着科技的进步,尤其是数字化技术的高速发展,可以在机械设计进行之前就能够围绕整个设计生命周期进行相应的建模工作,同时可以充分利用计算机技术进行模拟设计,并对产品设计的整个生命周期进行过程模拟,给实际机械设计提供最佳的参考素材。在制造当中,还能够综合运用大量的数字化的制造技术及工艺,广泛应用计算机辅助设计以及数字管理手段对全部设计的过程进行科学管理,确保资源配置最优化、设计效率最大化。
虚拟技术在现在应用越来越广泛,如何将其应用于机械制造行业,将虚拟与现实结合以加快制造业的发展,主要结合当今企业面临的问题做了一定的探索。使用UG的CAD/CAM模块与VERICUT对XD-40型立式数控铣床进行了模拟仿真。主要研究内容包括以下几点:
1.对UG软件和VERICUT软件进行深入学习并熟练使用;
2.使用UG软件对加工零件进行建模分析工艺生成加工程序,进行简单建模并设置刀具工艺参数;
3.在VERICUT环境下构建XD-40数控铣床加工环境;
4.在构建好的VERICUT环境下对零件进行加工仿真,并检验零件加工过程中的正确性。
通过对机床以及零件进行建模并进行零件的仿真加工,得出通过UG与VERICUT的结合可以大量节约加工成本,为新产品加工前期节约了大量时间,大大的提高了制造效率和质量。

Numerical Control Simulation Machining Based on VERICUT
Abstract:In the past ten years, with the progress of science and technology, especially the rapid development of modern digital technology, can be before they can in the mechanical design around the entire design life cycle for the corresponding modeling work, can make full use of computer technology to simulate the design at the same time, for the entire life cycle of product design and process simulation, for the actual mechanical design provides the best reference material.In the process of manufacturing, we can comprehensively use a large number of digital manufacturing technologies and processes, and extensively apply computer-aided design and digital management methods to scientifically manage the whole design process, so as to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize design efficiency.
Virtual technology is becoming more and more widely in application now, how it can be used in machinery manufacturing industry, combining the virtual reality with to speed up the development of manufacturing industry, mainly combined with the modern enterprises are faced with the problem to do some exploration,. The CAD/CAM module of UG and VERICUT were used to simulate the xd-40 vertical UG milling machine. The main research contents include the following points:
1. In-depth study and proficiency in UG software and VERICUT software;
2. Use UG software to conduct modeling and analysis of machining parts to generate and process the process, conduct simple modeling and set tool process parameters;
3. Constructed the processing environment of xd-40 nc milling machine under the environment of VERICUT;
4. Process simulation of parts in the constructed VERICUT environment and verify the correctness of parts processing.
Through parts of machine tools and parts modeling and simulation process, it is concluded that through the combination of UG and VERICUT would save processing costs, a large number of early saves a lot of time for the new product processing, greatly improve the manufacturing efficiency and quality.
