Design of Loaded Structure Along a Continuous Lining Composite Die
Abstract：On the analysis of the known parts stamping process of village pieces were determined of the structure of the continuous type composite installed cutting die design scheme. Through calculation of the composite die cutting blank size, stamping process each technological force the main parameters and blanking the blade, punching the blade and other major working part size, design the structure of a major parts and the entity model, painted mould assembly drawings and part of the main parts mainly concavo-convex mould figure was designed. Through 3d entity simulation analysis solidworks mould in punching and blanking main work process, the working principle of the mould was clearly konwn.
