摘 要
设计课题为稻田筑埂机的总体设计,来源于生产实际。本设计主要是为减少人力劳动强度,提高工作效率。设计了一种悬挂式筑埂机,对其结构和原理进行介绍。筑 埂机主体由机架、变速箱、推压埂装置和旋耕刀等部件组成。筑埂机采用旋耕刀进行取土和推压圆盘辊镇压成埂,实现一机解决取土和筑埂。并解决了筑埂质量参差 不齐的问题,保证了筑埂要求,各项农艺技术指标均达到要求。本课题设计新颖,实用性强,操作简单,具有较大的农机市场前景。

Abstract
The overall design project for the paddy ridger, from the actual production. This design is mainly to reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency. A suspension type ridging machine was designed, its structure and principle are presented. Ridger body is composed of a frame, gear box, push ridge device and rotary tillage knife. Ridger to borrow and push disk roller repression into ridge using rotary blade, to achieve a machine to solve the soil and the ridging. And solve the banking problem of uneven quality, ensure the banking requirements, various technical indicators have reached the requirements of agronomy. This topic is novel in design, strong practicability, simple operation, with wide prospect of agricultural market.
