Design of Portable High-shear Force Stick
Abstract: Along with the development of city afforestation project,developing the convenience practical big trees alligator shears is urgently needed. The tradition pruned the way was still the artificial padder using pruning implements carries on, this kind of active status work condition was not only bad, the physical strength consumed in a big way, the efficiency was low, moreover was very unsafe. But uses generally at present Gao Zhi the cropper has the operating lever to be overweight, the labor intensity is big, extremely easy weary and so on questions. Therefore we designed one kind of labor intensity to be young, ease of operation portable high alligator shears.

(1)研究内容:
既然是便携式高枝剪切机,该机分为小推车和机具两部分,机具部分的工作杆与焊接在小推车上的支持板相铰接。该剪切机采用电动机为动力,将其置于小推车上,推车旁安装一带铰链结构的支持板,机具杆通过铰链能做自由转动,以适应工作时机具杆角度的需要。在推车与支持板上安有带轮机构,既可防止过长的软轴影响工作安全,又可通过带轮张紧离合器,即通过在导轨上移动动力使带轮中心距变化从而实现张紧和放松,进而分离和连接动力到工作机。工作时,操作者一手推小推车,一手持工作杆,发动电动机,合上离合器,动力通过软轴转动传递给齿轮箱弧齿锥齿轮做减速、90度换向,然后通过偏心轴带动锯片旋转而切削树枝。机具杆为嵌套结构,通过上面的锁紧螺母来松紧内涨套,从而达到所需的长度。
(2)研究方法:
① 通过查阅相关文件,对便携式高枝剪切机有初步的认识。
② 根据自己设计的题目,有重点有步骤的研读文件,结合以前已有研发出来的一些图纸等设计资料,做到心中有数。
③结合机械设计手册等相关资料,着手主要零部件参数的设计计算。
④使用AutoCAD,Proe等软件完成零件图和装配图的绘制。
