自有人类文明以来,物料搬运便成了人类活动的重要组成部分,距今已有五千多年的发展历史。随着生产规模的扩大,自动化程度的提高,作为物质搬运重要设备的起重机在现代化生产过程中应用越来越广,作用越来越大,对起重机的要求越高。科学技术的飞速发展, 推动了现代设计和制造能力的提高。激烈的国际市场竞争也越来越依赖于技术的竞争,这些都捉使起重机的技术性能进入崭新的发展阶段。本文根据国内外起重机的新理论、新技术和新动向介绍了新型预应力桅杆的设计。首先介绍了起重机的现状以及发展趋势,其次说明了采用预应力结构的优点。再次对工作装置,动力装置的结构,连接方式,运动方式和受力情况进行了详细的分析和计算。并对该机械的动力和起升变幅机构进行详细的设计验算,最后验算整机的稳定性。

Along with the enlargement of production scope, the application of the hoist as the matter to carry important equipment in the modernize production course is more and more wider to the raise of automaticity, and acting on more and more greatly, the development at full speed of high science and technology is got over in the requirement to the hoist, and pushing forward modern(ly) to design and makes the competition of intense international market of the raise of ability also more and more relying on the competition in the technology, present situation as well as development trend that the design of new prestressing force mast firstly introduced the hoist were introduced to this text, article, etc. that the technical characteristics that these are all caught the hoist making enters brand-new(ly) the development stage new theory, new technology and new trend according to the hoist in home and abroad, next explains adopts the merit of prestressing force structure to the work device, the structure of dynamic devices links the method once more, mode of motion and receives energetically the circumstances to have carried on detailed analysis and calculation. Become an organization and carries on the detailed design checking computations, stability of final checking computations whole sets with a liter to the motive force of this machinery.
