摘  要
为全面提高我国装甲车辆(或类似系统)炮控系统定型试验的效率和水平,甲方提出了研制新型炮控性能参数测试系统的要求。乙方依据甲方提出的具体技术要求并依托GJB 2977A-2006《火炮静态检测方法》和GJB 6361-2008《装甲车辆炮控系统定型试验规程》,完成了“炮控性能参数测试系统”的设计方案。
炮控性能参数测试系统是典型的机电一体化非标测试系统。系统由施力系统、测角系统和控制系统构成,能严格按照相应国军标中的规定完成所有炮控性能参数的测试。系统自动化程度较高,测试精度较高。
本文是以炮控性能参数测试系统为研究对象展开工作的,主要是对施力的结构进行设计计算,论述了炮控性能参数测试系统的研制依据、系统组成、工作原理、施力结构、精度分析、关键元件的说明等。分析了整体结构对工作稳定性的影响。本文也有重点的介绍了各组成部分的功能﹑特点,包括直线电机、力传感器、光纤陀螺等。

Abstract
In order to improve our armored vehicle (or similar) gun control efficiency and level of the system test, the control performance parameter test systemdevelopment of a new type of gun party. Party A Party B pursuant to the specific technical requirements and relying on GJB 2977A-2006 "artillery static detection method" and GJB 6361-2008 "armored vehicle gun control system test procedures", to complete the design of the "gun controlperformance parameter test system".
Gun control test system of performance parameters are typical electromechanical non-standard test system. The system is composed offorce system, measuring system and control system, strictly by national military standards photographic should complete all gun control performance parameter testing. A higher degree of automation system, high testing precision.
According to the practical work of key components of gun control test system of performance parameters of needs, from the structure of key parts of the whole of the gun control test system of performance parameters and drive select two parts, introduces the design principle and the structure of some of the measures taken, through several different schemes, further illustrates the performance, characteristics of the key components of gun control test system of performance parameters.
This paper is based on the gun control test system of performance parameters of work as the research object, mainly on the structure force are designed and calculated, discusses the development basis of gun control,system performance parameter testing system composition, working principle, structure, precision analysis, etc. Shi Li.
