摘要
当今社会,农业机械在机械工业中占据的比例越来越大,随着农耕的生产自动化,各种各样的农业机械将会出现并使用,本课题来源于当今社会机械工业梯形垄整地压实装置设备的创新和更新换代基础之上,通过设计出梯形垄整地压实装置机,从而来满足当今社会梯形垄整地压实装置设备不足的缺陷。
国内梯形垄整地压实装置机设备的研发及制造要与全球号召的高效经济、整地压实质量好,效率高等主题保持一致。近期对农业机械行业中梯形垄整地压实装置的使用情况进行了调查,传统的农田在没有梯形垄整地压实装置机而需要人工整地压实的情况下,效率低下,劳动强度大,所以设计一个专用的梯形垄整地压实装置势在必行。
本文运用大学所学的知识,提出了梯形垄整地压实装置的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,构建了梯形垄整地压实装置总的指导思想,从而得出了该梯形垄整地压实装置的优点是高效,经济,并且整地压实质量高,运行平稳的结论。

本次设计的梯形垄整地压实装置主要有拖拉机,地轮、镇压轮、传动链轮、电动机、机架等等组成。
