摘要:本设计是在针对国内普通传统的变压器储油柜干燥净化器的发展以及存在的问题进行了简单的分析以及阐述,其中包括变压器储油柜的净化器设计方面的计算分析,构思出合理的设计方案,从而使得干燥净化器可以实现设计前的原理以及方案。本毕业设计共分为三大板块:1:干燥净化设计装置 2:实现硅胶的循环利用的自动加热装置;3:检测干燥净化器温湿度的装置 。 其中以干燥净化设计装置的设计为主,首先在设计干燥器的体形以及粗略的外形尺寸时,我们主要依据干燥剂的重量以及体积大小,推算干燥净化器的外形尺寸参数,依据外形尺寸的标准的选择从而确定干燥净化器的结构。最后,在安装装置的要求下依次对净化器内部主要部件进行设计以及合理的选用。在了解变压器以及干燥净化器的工作原理的同时学会运用所学的知识原理解决实际生产过程中变压器零件以及干燥净化器中所遇到的困难是本毕业设计题目的主旨所在。本设计中的干燥净化器优于传统的呼吸器,无论是在机械性能以及在解决工业而生产中所更能体现它的环保性,安全性,持久耐用性。

10KG Dry Purifier Design for Transformer Oil Conservator

Abstract:This design is a simple analysis and elaboration on the development and existing problems of the common domestic transformer oil conservator drying purifiers,such as the calculation analysis of the purifier design of the transformer oil conservator、conceiving a reasonable design. So that the dry purifier can achieve the principle and plan before the design. The graduation design is divided into three major sections,1: design of dry cleaning design device 2: Automatic heating device for realizing recycling of silica gel 3:Device for detecting temperature and humidity of drying purifier. Among them, the design of the dry purification design device is foremost. First, when designing the shape of the dryer and rough outline dimensions, we mainly based on the weight and volume of the desiccant, we calculate the dimension parameters of the desiccant, and determine the structure of the desiccant according to the standard selection of the size. Finally, the internal main components of the purifier are designed and selected in order according to the requirements of the installation device. The purpose of this graduation design topic is to familiarize with and clearly understand the working principle of the dry purifier and its effect on the working principle of the transformer. While understanding the working principle of transformers and drying purifiers, we learn to apply the learned principles to solve the problems and difficulties encountered in the purifier of transformer parts in the actual production process. The main method in this graduation design is: Analysis and comparison. The analysis mainly involves the mechanical performance design and performance of the parts, and the main components that are suitable for the mechanical principle and performance of the purifier. The dry purifier in this design is superior to the traditional respirator, It is more environmentally friendly, safe, and durable in terms of its mechanical properties and its ability to solve industrial problems.

工作原理
(1)在干燥净化器的设计过程中,除了是的干燥净化器实现最基本的除杂以及净化空气的功能之外,本次毕业设计的优势在于可以使得干燥室内干燥剂实现循环利用,提高干燥净化器的性价比。图2.1,2.2和2.3分别为干燥净化器的三维爆炸图,二维总装图以及工作原理。
