摘要
机身机翼对接接头对于一架飞机来说是非常重要的,飞机能够依靠升力飞上蓝天,其结构设计将会影响到飞机的性能与安全。因此,本文将从飞机的发展开始研究,根据国内外机身机翼的连接结构的不同,我们能更加深入地了解机翼与机身对接形式,并比较不同的机翼机身对接结构的异同点,本文也会对主要部件的受力进行分析。机身机翼对接结构中主要涉及的零部件有:耳片,翼梁,翼肋,长桁,腹板等。通过研究我们发现现代飞机的机身机翼对接结构中,耳片是非常重要的。
最后,我们会利用CATIA软件对一种机身机翼的对接结构进行建模,并将零部件进行装配。这样能够让我们对机身机翼的对接结构有个更加清楚的认识。

CATIA three-dimensional modeling of typical butt joint structure of fuselage and wing
Abstract
The butt joint of fuselage and wing is very important for aircraft, because the plane can fly on the sky because of the lift, the structure design will influence aircraft’s safety and performance. So, this article will start research from the development of aircraft , according to the difference of the wing fuselage joint structure from domestic and abroad ,we can understand butt joint structure of fuselage and wing more deeply, and compare the similarities and differences among different butt joint structure of fuselage and wing, this article will analysis the stress of the main parts. The parts that butt joint structure of fuselage and wing mainly involved are: lugs,spar,wing rib,stringer,web etc. Through research we found that in connections forms of fuselage and wing, lugs are very important.
Finally, we will make use of CATIA software to modeling a type of structure , and the parts are assembled. This would allow us have a more clear understanding of the docking of the fuselage wings the structure.
