Finite Element Analysis of Automobile Frame Structure Based on ANSYS
Abstract
Firstly,the content of this article is the design of J6P heavy duty truck frame structure which produced by DONGFENG company.Then the frame is modeled by CATIA 3D drawing software.After that,the finite element model of the frame is set up in the finite element software ANSYS.Static analysis in typical operating conditions and modal analysis are carried by using the finite element software.On the basis of these analyses,this topic uses ANSYS to make further optimization of the frame structure.
