摘 要
开放式炼胶机简称开炼机,又称双困混炼机。是橡,塑制品加工应用最早最广泛的基本设备之一。它是通过两个水平设置并以不同的线速度相对回转的辊筒,并以橡胶或树脂为主要成分的原材料经过剪切、混合,制成符合生产加工胚形材料。
本次毕业设计课题是XK-450开炼机。随着社会的不断进步及技术的不断更新,新型的开炼机具有大辊径、高辊速、大驱动功率等特点。开炼机主要由辊筒、滚筒轴承、调距装置、机架及横梁、传动装置、调温装置、安全及之动作装置与几座等组成。本文主要针对开炼机的传动系统本分做了主要的分析和计算,这次设计的传动系统采用一台异步电机通过圆柱齿轮减速器、驱动齿轮、速比齿轮而带动两个辊筒以不同的线速度相对回转,这是各类型开炼机普遍采用的一种传动形式,这种开炼机结构简单、工作可靠制造容易且成本低但是缺点是传动效率相对较低、不易维护、寿命短;此外设计了辊筒的结构和尺寸,对开炼机的机架和梁部分也做了弯矩合力的校核分析,对其他的及其部件也做了简单的分析和选配。

Abstract
Open rubber mixing machine as open smelting machine, also called double mixer. It is one of the most basic equipments for the processing of rubber and plastic products.. It is through two level settings and with different line speeds of the relative rotation of the roller and rubber or resin as the main component of raw materials after the cutting, mixing, into line with requirements of production and processing of the proembryo material.
This graduation project is the XK-450 mill. With the continuous progress of the society and technology, the new type of mill has the characteristics of large roll diameter, high roll speed, high driving power and so on.. Open smelting machine mainly by the roller, roller bearings, adjustable distance device, a frame and a beam, transmission device, a thermostat, and safety operation device and a and so on. This article mainly aims at the sub transmission system of mill are analyzed and calculated mainly, an asynchronous motor through the gear reducer, driving gear, gear ratio and drives two rollers with different linear speed of relative rotation of transmission system using this design, this is a form of transmission of various types of universal mill using this open smelting machine has the advantages of simple structure, reliable work, easy manufacture and low cost but the drawback is that the transmission efficiency is relatively low, easy maintenance, short service life; in addition the structure and size of the roller design, on the frame and beam part of mill has also made the analysis of bending moment force checking, on the other part and also made a simple introduction and analysis matching box
