The mixer of drilling mud
[Abstract] The mixer of Well drilling liquid is a part of the complete set system for purifying mud. The mixer can make solid grain such as drilling scrap and silt suspend above the bottom of tank if we install the mix in the mud circulation, thus, solid grain could get through the purifying system smoothly. The reducer of mixer adopts the NGW—LDF upright planetary gear reducer. Vertical tightening band type shaft coupling joints the output axis and stir axis of the reducer. The structure of the whole machine is simple. It’s convenient to maintain. It’s small and light. It drives steadily. The driving power is large and stirring ability is great. It is also leakage-proof and the service-life is long. The superiority of the mixer can be shown in bad working condition.
