摘 要：网络技术以及计算机通信技术的迅速发展将人类全面的带入了信息时代。知识已经成为信息时代重要的核心力量。同时社会也进入了知识经济社会，知识成为个人、组织的核心竞争力。为应对社会发展和个人竞争力的提升等多种要求和挑战，知识共享和个人知识管理已经凸显其重要位置。知识共享和个人知识管理要达到好的效果，也需要我们选择正确的平台。而基于web2.0的概念的wiki是一种新兴的网络技术和网络文化。这种网络应用形式已经渗透到商业、教育、文化等领域。与传统的emai，bbs等web1.0形式相比，wiki有着更好的互动性，易用性，共享性和社会性。论文首先从分析国内外的研究现状入手。为了巩固论文的理论根基，接下来，论文对知识、知识共享、个人知识管理的内涵以及分类进行了分析。接着，着眼于知识共享和个人知识管理，本文还深入的分析了WIKI的的特点和优势。然后介绍以WIKI引擎为基础，一个基于WIKI的个人知识管理和知识共享平台的案例。最后通过数据的分析，提出关于应用WIKI的知识共享和个人知识管理的建议。

Abstract: Network technology and the rapid development of computer communication technology will be full human beings into the Information Age. Information age knowledge has become important core strength. At the same time society into a knowledge economy, knowledge becomes personal, the organization's core competitiveness. In response to social development and enhance the competitiveness of individuals and other requirements and challenges, knowledge sharing and personal knowledge management has highlighted the important position. Knowledge sharing and personal knowledge management to achieve good results, but also requires us to choose the right platform. And based on the concept of web2.0 wiki is a new network technology and Internet culture. This form of network applications have penetrated into commercial, educational, cultural and other fields. With the traditional emai, bbs and other forms of comparison web1.0, wiki has a better interaction, ease of use, sharing and social. 研究现状
国内：Wiki模式网站及其使用者已遍布世界各地，Wiki的概念也不断得到丰富。在我国，Wiki作为一个新生事物，还不够完善。特别是在知识共享与个人知识管理两方面的研究涉及的更少。能够找得到的相关书籍和资料非常的有限。能够找得到的资料显示，我国对这方面的研究也就停留在理论研究方面。
国外：对基于我Wiki的知识共享与个人知识管理两方面的研究没有完整涉及到，分开的研究倒是有少量。但发现的相关论文屈指可数。相关书籍更是寥寥无几。目前对这方面的研究也就停留在理论研究方面。
从各方面的资料显示，人们的研究已经开转向这方面了，但是需要进一步加强。
