中日融资租赁微观环境研究—兼论对中国的启示(13000字)
摘  要：融资租赁现已成为世界上除银行信贷的第二大融资方式，全球近30%的投资通过这一方式来完成，被称为“21世纪的朝阳产业”。本文对这一“21世纪的朝阳产业”进行了深入的剖析，并对同为亚洲国家的日本进行了着重解读，通过对其微观环境的分析特别是组织制度和运行方式的对比分析，发现了我们的不足并得到了一些有益启示，进而推动了租赁业的发展。

The Comparative Study of Financial Leasing Market’s Development Environment in China and Japan
——and For Revelation in China
Abstract: Lease financing has become the world's second-largest except bank credit financing method, almost 30 per cent of global investment through this way to complete, called "21st century sunrise industry". Based on the "rising sun industry of the 21st century, carried on the deep analysis of the same for the Asian Japan interpretation, through its on the analysis of the micro environmental organization system and operation mode, especially the contrast analysis, found our shortcomings and got some beneficial enlightenment, Thus boosts the rental industry development.
