摘    要
现代商业银行业务结构中,中间业务的地位日趋重要,商业银行经营表外化已经和资本证券化、经营国际化一起成为国际银行业发展的三大趋势。我国商业银行要想适应国际和国内金融市场日趋激烈的竞争环境,提高自身的综合竞争力,发展中间业务己经成为我国商业银行的现实而必然的选择。由于我国银行中间业务起步晚起点低,我国体制的制约,再加上相关法律方面的滞后、社会信用基础的薄弱、不强的公众金融意识以及商业银行自身缺乏人才、激励机制不健全等因素,我国商业银行中间业务的发展还处于初级阶段,与西方发达国家相比无论在产品品种、业务层次还是在管理方法方面还存在很大差距,作为衡量商业银行中间业务是否发达的重要指标—中间业务收入占比还相对比较低。本文先对我国商业银行中间业务发展环境进行了系统的分析。随着我国金融市场的逐步开放,市场对中间业务的需求也逐步扩大,但是分业经营模式和公众对中间业务的认识不足等因素依然阻碍着商业银行中间业务的发展。在此基础上对我国商业银行中间业务的发展现状进行了基本描述。目前我国商业银行中间业务还存在业务管理模式粗放,缺乏相应风险计量,中间业务收入增速明显,但是理财产品本质多为存贷利差;理财产品变相揽存,预期收益不能兑现;业务对象遭受歧视,小企业处不利之地等问题。本文对商业银行转变个人理财服务观念、推进个人理财业务的发展具有一定的借鉴作用。

China's commercial Banks to adapt to the international and domestic financial market has become increasingly fierce competitive environment, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of their own, develop intermediary business has become a realistic and inevitable choice of Chinese commercial Banks. Because of the low starting point bank intermediary business in China started late, the restriction of the system in our country, combined with related legal lag, the social credit foundation is weak, not strong consciousness of the public finance and commercial bank itself factors such as lack of talent, imperfect incentive mechanism, the development of our country commercial bank middle business is still in its infancy, compared with western developed countries in both the product varieties, business level and also there is a big gap in terms of management methods, as a measure of an important index of intermediary business of commercial bank is developed, the intermediate business income ratio is relatively low. This article first to the our country commercial bank middle business development environment for the analysis of the system. With China's financial market is gradually opening, the market demand for intermediate business has gradually expanded, but separate operation mode and the public to factors such as lack of awareness of intermediary business still hampering the development of intermediary business of commercial bank. On the basis of our country commercial bank middle business development present situation has carried on the basic description. At present our country commercial bank middle business also has extensive business management mode, the lack of corresponding risk measurement, the intermediary business revenue growth is obvious, but the essence of financial product is spreads more; Wealth management products disguised LanCun, expected income cannot cash; Business object discrimination, small businesses in a disadvantage. In this paper, the transformation of commercial bank personal finance service idea, promote the development of personal finance business has a certain reference.
