The Study on Localization Strategy of MNCs’ Human Resources
Abstract:With the rapid development of economic globalization, MNCs actively implement human resources localization during the transfer of investment MNCs strategy and innovation. Human resources localization strategy has become a core business strategy of global multinationals and major trends. This paper closely linked to the background of economic globalization, using the multinational corporations theory, strategic management theory and business management theory and the data and facts as a starting point, in order to study the MNCs’ current human resources localization, for providing theoretical and practical guide to our government’ macroeconomic policy and our multinational corporations to meet the challenges, which has some theoretical significance; moreover, givng some guides to our multinational companies and foreign companies in China,which has a certain practical significance.
