But compared with the mature Second - handed housing market, there is still long way to go. It has a huge development space. This paper starts with a brief review of the five years development course of second - handed housing market in Changsha city on the basis of registration data of Changsha real estate transaction, and analyzes the status quo of the market, Puts forward corresponding countermeasures, then gives a outlook on its future developing trend.
