基于ST昌九公司财务风险预警与防范研究(19000字)
摘  要：财务风险是企业出现危机的预报器，影响着企业的生存和发展，面对全球经济大环境低迷的客观现实，作为企业的经营管理者应该尽早发现并采取有效措施进行防范控制，使潜在危机在萌芽状态被消灭。目前，财务风险预警研究的方法有很多，本文主要阐述了财务风险预警的相关理论知识，介绍了常用的财务预警分析方法，并以昌九财务报表为基础，以单变量的利率分析为准，并引入EVA变量对利率指标进行财务风险预警分析，分析指明里昌九公司的风险点以及风险程度，指明了这些风险出现的可能性及追查方向，最后给出了风险预警相关防范措施。在结论处，总结了本文的研究结论及创新之处与不足之处，并指出结合非财务信息的定性指标风险预警将是今后研究的重要方向。

Listed Company Financial Risk Early Warning And Prevention
Abstract：Financial risk is the enterprise’s crisis predicting device, it affects the survival and development of enterprises.As enterprise managers，they can take effective measures to prevent and control before the arriving of the crisis. And get rid of the crisis at its early period.At present there are many methods in the research of financial risk prediction. This theory mainly elaborated the financial risk early warning theory and related knowledge, introduced the commonly used financial early warning analysis methods,based on Changjiu company’s financial statement and single variable interest rates，introduced EVA variables to rates of indicators of financial risk early warning analysis. Pointed out that Changjiu company's risk point and the degree of risk, indicate that these risks and the possibility of tracing direction, finally gives the relevant preventive measures. In conclusion, this thesis summarizes the research conclusion and innovation inadequacy, and points out that the combination of non financial information qualitative index risk early warning will be an important direction for future research.
