摘 要：在企业的生产经营过程中，采购活动是企业生产经营活动的一个重要组成部分，它占用了企业大部分的流动资金，并在很大程度上影响了生产成本，因此采购成本成为综合反映企业生产经营管理水平高低的重要指标也是构成影响企业产品成本和产品价格高低的重要因素。本文以采购流程为主线在对企业采购成本进行剖析的基础上，探讨了控制企业采购成本的一系列对策措施，以实现企业的利润最大化目标。

Research on the Procurement Cost Control in Enterprises
Abstract：In the production and management process of enterprises , the procurement activities is an important part of the enterprise production and business activities and it occupied mostly in the capital of an enterprise, which also have great influences on the production costs,.therefore, the cost of procurement is a comprehensive and important indicator to reflect the level of production management,which is also an important factor influencing the cost and prices of products. In this paper, in order to research a series of countermeasures to control the cost of   procurement,I take the procurement process as the main line to analyse the procurement costs ,this way can also help the corporate to achieve objective of maximizing profit.
