摘 要：融资困难一直是阻碍我国高新技术企业发展的突出问题之一，高新技术企具有投入高、风险高、收益高和阶段性融资的特点，造成它的融资方式与传统企业显著的不同。本文分别从高新技术企业的基本涵义、融资特点和发展环境入手，着重分析了高新技术企业融资困难的问题，并结合企业环境分析各种有利融资的渠道，并提出适合企业发展的融资策略。

Financing Choice Under the Dynamic Circumstances of High-tech Enterprise
Abstract：The financing difficulties have been hinder the development of China's high-tech enterprise, one of the outstanding issues high-tech enterprises with input and high risk, high, high-income and the characteristics of phased financing mode of financing, killing it with traditional enterprise significant different. This paper respectively from the basic meaning of high-tech enterprises, the development environment of financing feature and, this paper analyzed the high-tech enterprise financing difficult issues, and with enterprise's environmental analysis of various favorable financing channels, and puts forward the strategy for enterprise development financing.
