摘要
通常情况下，企业固定资产在资产总额中占有很大比重，大额固定资产的购建会影响企业现金流量，而固定资产的折旧、维修等费用则是影响企业损益的重要因素。因此，固定资产管理一旦失控，所造成的损失将远远超过一般的商品存货等流动资产。所以，为了确保固定资产的真实、完整、安全和有效利用，企业应当建立和健全固定资产的内部控制制度。
固定资产在施工企业的有形资产中占有很大份额,是重要的生产要素,做好施工企业固定资产管理是企业的一项基础工作, 是企业管理的重要组成部分。但是,仍有一些施工企业并没有严格执行资产管理制度,导致固定资产账实不符,无法确企业具体固定资产数目。为了天英建筑公司更好的发展 ,必须认真分析企业固定资产管理中所发现的问题, 并从预算、分析、采购和控制等各个环节加强管理,使固定资产充分发挥应有作用,为企业带来投资收益。本文针对天英建筑公司固定资产管理的特点, 结合企业固定资产管理实际情况, 就如何加强天英建筑公司固定资产管理, 提出了几项完善措施。

Abstract
Typically, company fixed assets to total assets occupies a large proportion of the large amount of fixed assets, the purchase and construction will affect the cash flow of enterprises, and the depreciation of fixed assets, such as repair cost is the important factor to influence the profit or loss of the enterprise. Therefore, fixed asset management is out of control, damage will be far more than the general merchandise inventory and other current assets. Therefore, in order to ensure that the fixed assets real, complete, safe and efficient use, the enterprise shall establish and perfect the internal control system of fixed assets.
Fixed assets under construction the tangible assets of enterprises in a large share, is the important factor of production, make the fixed assets of industrial enterprises management of the enterprise is a foundation work, is an important part of enterprise management. However, there are still some industrial enterprise and no strict implementation of assets management system, leading to fixed assets accounts inconsistent, not really specific enterprises fixed asset number. In order to better the development of enterprises, must be careful analysis of enterprise fixed assets management problems are found in, and from the budget, analysis, purchasing and control and other aspects of strengthening the management of fixed assets, to play its due role, bring for the enterprise investment income. This article in view of the enterprise fixed assets management features, combined with the actual situation of enterprise fixed assets management, how to strengthen the management of fixed assets of enterprises, this paper puts forward several measures to improve.
