万达集团融资战略管理研究(论文15000字)
摘 要
融资战略作为企业的发展命脉，其重要程度可想而知。面对如今错综复杂的宏观经济状况，融资战略更是直接把企业经营效益和同其他企业竞争的成功与否相互联系起来了。既然企业想要打胜融资战略这场战役，就必须主动出击，不能使用旧的角度来审视融资管理，应该树立更加完善深远的战略意识，还要能够明确融资管理工作适应外部环境的能力的重要性。
本文主要综述了企业与融资的关系，概述了企业融资的各项情况。并以万达集团为事例代表，分析了我国企业的融资现状，并列举了各种问题，然后试图找到可能的解决方法。
不久的将来万达集团将拥有明显的优势去融资，但同时也存在很多曲折和不利因素。这些是从公司目前的经营、管理状况，行业及地区的发展特征，目前的宏观经济趋势等内外因素中分析得出的。根据万达集团“十二五”发展规划提出的战略目标,对公司未来融资渠道、融资模式的选择以及融资战略进行分析。

Abstract
