摘 要:企业执行力的量化是保证企业的员工履行自己的职责的重要手段,从而使整个组织有序的、系统的正常运作起来。从多个角度分析了企业员工普通存在的缺乏执行力的问题以及因素,而且以量化管理理论为基础,通过案例运用平衡积分卡等工具对组织的不同层次进行量化分析,以更好的完成企业的战略目标而制定的执行力量化的制度和规则。
