摘 要
我国的移动通信事业比着外国,有着很大的差距,而中国联通的3G技术来自于美国的高通,由于是引进西方的通信技术,我国的自主研发的3G技术比着其有着很大的差距,在速度和稳定性方面不如联通的引进技术。对于通信基站的建设和管理,一直以来是运营商最关心的事,因为这和用户的体验息息相关,建好了它们,就可以获得很大的成功,所以运营商应该很重视这件事情。
在这几十年的时间里,技术不断的更新发展,从最初的只有文字功能,到文字和语音相结合的功能,再到现在的通信文字和网络都有的时代,这是一个质的飞越。智能手机的普及,更是把移动通信技术推向一个更高的高度,网络成为移动通信中核心的功能,现在的人已经离不开手机了,也离不开网络了,“低头族”没有网络,用他们的话说,简直就是不能活下去。
本次的毕业设计论文,主要研究的是WCDMA移动通信基站建设与管理策略,联通的WCDMA技术来自于美国的高通,对于基站的建设和管理,美国都有相关的比较成熟的技术。本文主要是介绍了这些问题在我们日常技术中的应用和管理,基站是移动通信技术的基础,对于它们的建设和管理,运营商十分的重视,基站可以说关系到运营商的生死存亡,只有建好并且发展好了基站,才能为以后的通信服务打下基础,才能在运营商的竞争中脱颖而出,发展我国的通信事业。

Abstract
The mobile communication industry in our country compared with foreign countries, there is a great gap, and Chinese Unicom's 3G technology from America Qualcomm, is due to the introduction of western communication technology, independent research and development of China's 3G technology than its there is a great gap in terms of speed and stability,  mobile communication technology has gone through four generations, in the decades, updating technology unceasing development, from the original only text to text function, and a combination of voice and text communication function, and some are now the network era, this is a qualitative over. The popularity of smart mobile phone, is the mobile communication technology to a higher level,such as the introduction of technology not unicom. For the construction and management of the communication base station, has been the operators are most concerned about things, because it is closely related to the user experience, build them, you can get a great success, so the operators should attach great importance to this matter.
In the past few years, constantly update technology development, from the original text only function, to combine text and voice to text communication function, and some are now the network era, this is a qualitative over. telecom 3G network, three in the home network is the fastest solution, Qualcomm, not only can guarantee the user capacity, users can be assured of the experience of the Internet for calls and voice, WCMA and CDMA different is, WCDMA can not only the Internet, but also has the function of communication,The popularity of smart mobile phone, is the mobile communication technology to a higher level, the network has become the core of mobile communication function, now people cannot do without a mobile phone, also cannot do without the Internet, "bow" without the Internet, they say, is not to live.
This thesis, mainly studies the WCDMA mobile communication base station construction and management strategy of China Unicom's WCDMA technology from the United States Qualcomm, for the construction and management of the base station, the United States has relevant mature technology.
