黄山学院女教师参与体育锻炼的现状调查与分析(附调查问卷)(16000字)
摘 要:本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法,对黄山学院女教师参与体育锻炼的现状进行全面深入细致的调查研究。通过研究得出:黄山学院女教师参加体育锻炼的动机主要是增强体质和散心消遣娱乐,影响她们参加体育锻炼的主要因素是工作忙没时间和锻炼氛围不佳;锻炼场所主要是校内的免费场所以及房屋周围和自己家里,最乐意和同事朋友一起锻炼,锻炼的项目主要是散步跑步和羽毛球;喜欢强度小,没有身体对抗、轻松、优美的体育运动项目(如健美健身操、体育舞蹈)等结论。一方面对黄山学院女教师的身心健康状况以及生活质量有了基本了解;另一反面,在大量分析的基础上,弄清影响她们参与体育锻炼的主要因素。并在此基础上,为黄山学院女教师积极参与体育锻炼提供了具体的对策与建议。本研究不仅能丰富全民健身理论,而且会进一步推动全民健身活动的发展。高校女教师的身体健康状况关系到“科教兴国”的战略、家庭的和睦、幸福乃至社会的稳定与发展。体育健身活动是保障健康的重要手段,加强对高校女教师的体育健身研究无论是对国家、社会、学校还是对家庭和个人,都有重大的理论价值和现实意义。

An nvestgation and Analysis of Female Teachers’ Partisipation in sports in Huangshan University
Abstract:This thesis uses research methods such as questionnaire investigation method, document method, mathematical statistics method in order to make a comprehensive, in-depth and detailed investigation and research on the current situation of the female teachers’ participation in physical training in Huangshan university. This thesis makes a research and analysis on the factors which influence the female teachers’ Exercise Behaviors in Huangshan university, mainly from these aspects, such as female teacher’s basic information(age, health, attitude of physical activity, main contents of leisure life, ways to promote health, The degree of sports knowledge to meeting the needs for physical training, Motivations, influencing factors, frequency, time and Duration, sports event that often participate in, forms, places), the situation of sports consumption. By this study, on the one hand , this thesis gets a basic understanding of the situation of female teachers’ physical and mental health and their quality of life in Huangshan university; on the other hand , this thesis gain a clear idea of the main factors influencing their participation in physical training. And on this basis, this thesis provides specific countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote female teachers’ participation in physical training. This study can enrich the theory of national fitness as well as promote the development of nationwide fitness activities. The situation of colleges’ female teachers’ health is related to the strategy of “nation’s developing through science an education”, families’ harmony and happiness, and even the stability and development of society. Physical training is a important method to protect health, so to strengthen the study on colleges’ female teachers’ exercise behaviors Has important theoretical value and practical significance whether for country, society, schools, or for families and individuals.
