谈舞蹈训练中的协调放松(论文8500字)
摘要
要想取得好的成绩,除要求舞蹈者有丰富的肢体语言,良好的身体素质等条件外,同时还要有良好的技术和正确发挥技术的能力,特别是能较好的掌握和运用跳舞训练中的协调放松能力。在平时的训练中,舞蹈训练者就很难做到此点。有的教师要求不到位,只是一味的进行舞蹈训练,而忽视了协调放松技术的培养,另在方面则是舞蹈着对协调放松认识和理解不够。在舞蹈训练中,协调放松是不容忽视的问题,训练中只注重跳、翻、高难技巧等爆发力的提高,而忽视协调放松能力训练,使舞蹈者难以适应现代舞蹈技术发展的需要,更难以达到较高的舞蹈运动水平。本文针对协调放松训练对舞蹈运动能力的影响,提出几种个人论点。

Abstract
Must want to make the good progress, except requests the terpsichorean to have the rich body language, conditions and so on good outside physical quality, meanwhile must have good technical and correct display technology ability, specially can good grasping dance in training coordinated relaxation ability with the utilization. In the usual training, dances the trainer to be very difficult to achieve this spot. Some teachers request not to arrive, is only constantly carries on the dance training, but has neglected the coordinated relaxation technology raise, in addition dances in the aspect is knowing to the coordinated relaxation and understands insufficiently. In the dance training, the coordinated relaxation is not allow to neglect question, in the training only pays great attention to jump, to turn, explosive force and so on highly difficult skill enhancements, but neglects the coordinated relaxation ability training, causes the terpsichorean to meet the modern dance technological development need with difficulty, achieves the high dance movement level with difficulty. This article in view of the coordinated relaxation training to the dance movement ability's influence, proposes several individual argument.
