贵阳市第一实验小学学生体质健康现状调查分析与对策的研究(论文17000字)
摘 要
小学教育是我国的基础性教育，小学生是国家未来建设接班人，小学教育不仅要提高学生的知识文化水平，而且要提高学生的整体身体素质。随着我国社会经济建设的不断发展，基础教育资金投入也不断增加，学生的生活条件也得到了改善，学生体质也得到了健康的发展。与此同时，在经济环境不断好转的情况下，学生的偏食、饮食不规律、缺乏运动也不断增加，这些对小学生体质的长期健康发展产生了不良的影响。因此，不断提高小学生身体健康发展水平，为祖国培养优秀的人才是小学基础教育的重中之重。本文以贵阳市实验小学三、四年级学生的体质健康为研究对象，分析贵阳市小学生体质健康发展的现状，在分析过程中以身高体重、BMI指数、肺活量、仰卧起坐、50米跑为调查分析对象，对学生的体质相关指数进行分析，指出影响贵阳市小学体质健康发展的因素，提出促进贵阳市小学生体质发展的对策，以便为贵阳地区教育行政部门制定学校体育卫生工作发展规划、科学开展学校体育卫生工作提供参考，本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、测试法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法，以贵阳市第一实验小学三、四年级小学生体质健康状况为研究对象，将其体质健康测试数据进行汇总和统计分析，并提出提高贵阳市第一实验小学学生体质健康发展的对策。

Abstract
Primary school education is our country's basic education, primary school students is the future construction succession, primary school education is not only to improve the students' knowledge culture level, and to improve the students' physical quality as a whole. With the continuous development of our country social economic development, basic education investment is also increasing, student's living conditions have improved, the development of students also got health. At the same time, under the condition of the economic environment is improving, the students of the partial eclipse, irregular diet and lack of exercise are also increasing, the long-term health development for elementary school students has a bad influence. Therefore, continuously improve the level of primary school students physical health development, cultivate excellent talents for our country is the key of the primary basic education. Taking Guiyang city experimental primary school grade three and grade four student's physical health as the research object, analyze the present situation of the development of Guiyang city primary school students physical health in the process of analysis on height and weight, BMI index, vital capacity, sit-ups, 50 meters as analysis object, to student's physique related index were analyzed, and points out the factors affecting the development of Guiyang city elementary school physical health, puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of Guiyang city primary school students physical fitness, so that the administrative department of education in Guiyang area school sports health work development planning, science and health school sports work to provide the reference, this article USES the literature material method, expert interview method, test method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, the first in Guiyang experimental primary school grade three and grade four schoolchildren's physical health as the research object, its physical health test data summary and statistical analysis, and put forward improve first Guiyang experimental primary school students physical health development countermeasure.
