摘要：在大谈素质教育、发展幼儿个性的今天，如何寻求到一种符合幼儿生理、心理发展水平，培养个性化幼儿的教育模式成了幼教界刻不容缓的一件大事。本园贯彻新颁布的《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》的精神，尝试在园内进行了小班化区域活动课程模式的研究。经过一段时间的实验，获得了粗浅的认识。本文试从小班化区域活动课程模式构建的背景、理论来源、实施策略、我们的思考四个方面加以论述，希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用，给幼教同仁些许启示。
