湖南独立学院师资队伍建设的现状、问题与对策分析(21000字)
摘  要:自2003年至今,全国普通高等学校独立学院已发展到318所。可见,独立学院是近年来发展极快的一种高等教育办学模式。伴随着独立学院在短期内数量的不断增长和在校学生的规模不断扩大,有关独立学院的办学质量尤其是师资队伍的建设问题,已成为教育行政管理部门和社会公众关注的焦点。本文借鉴人力资本管理理论的某些观点,通过对湖南独立学院师资队伍的现状的分析,提出引进教师缺乏统筹规划、师资结构不合理等方面的问题,最后再对所存在的问题提出对策。

TEACHERS CONSTRUCTION PRESENT SITUATION, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF HUNAN INDEPENDENT COLLEGE
Abstract:Since 2003, the National Independent Colleges has grown to 318. Visible, independent school is a very fast development in recent years, higher education mode. With the Independent Institute in the short term and the growing number of students have been expanding, the independent institute and the quality of teachers in particular, the construction quality problems, has become the education administrative departments and the public focus. This reference to certain human capital management theory by the view of Hunan College of Teachers in the independent status of the analysis, the lack of overall planning to introduce teachers, teacher issues such as unreasonable structure, and finally on the problems with strategies.
