目前,全国各大煤矿企业所采用的井下轨道运输监控系统都有所缺陷,基于此,提出了井下轨道运输监控系统。

MINE TRACK TRANSPORT MONITORING SYSTEM
1 abstract
At present, the underground rail transport monitoring systems adopted by the major coal mining enterprises have defects, based on this ,the underground rail transport monitoring system  is put forward .
    The article first gives an explanation of the basic theory of mine rail transportation and external devices, and then describes the process of historical development, composition and function of the monitoring system of mine rail transportation.The system is a network system made of PC,PLC ,Ethernet switches switch machines, signals and a variety of sensors via RS-232 / RS-485 .The article highlights the PLC hardware and software design and configuration  design.
    This system both has the advantages of the PLC in the rail transportation system and outstanding features of Ethernet in long-distance transmission , it has stable features, reliable data transmission, low-cost equipment, flexible system expansion, and can be applied to a variety of large, medium and small coal mines rail transport monitoring.
