摘要:该工程位于南京市浦口区。建筑层数为四层,建筑面积5000平方米。工程采用框架结构,四层均为矩形,采用矩形顺应了当今中国节能的要求。在本工程的建筑设计中,充分利用建筑内空间,合理的布置房间以符合公共使用的需要,另外结构布置设计简洁,充分利用框架结构的优点。底层设有办公室6个,接待室2个,传达室,配电室,档案室等,大厅和走廊内均设有防护栓,门窗的布置均满足公用建筑使用要求,底层层高5.3m 。二到四层为大跨空间,设有藏书室、阅览室、电子阅览室以及多功能大厅等,以满足教学和学习的需要,另外走廊内设有防护栓,门窗的布置均满足公用建筑使用要求,层高均为4.2m 。结构设计部分包括结构选型、结构布置、结构计算、施工图的绘制等,并综合运用天正、PKPM等建筑软件对计算数据进行了验算和调整。

Abstract: The project which has four-stories is in Nanjing Pukou District and the building area is about 5,000 square meters.The building works by frame structure, and four stories are all rectangular.Rectangular style conforms to the current request of China in energy saving. In the architectural design of the project, the space within the building gets full use, and different public rooms have been laidout reasonably, which meets the needs of public use well. Design of the structure is simply laidout, which just makes the advantages of framework structure fully used. The bottom floor is composed by six offices, two reception room, power distribution room, file storing room and so on, additionly , protective equipments are equipped in hall and corridors.Doors and windows of the building are laid reasonably to meet the demand of public buildings, and the height of the end layer is 5.3 m.Two to four levels of the building are large-span space, with Storing Room, ReadingRooms, Multi-purpose Hall and the Electronic Reading Room, to meet the needs of teaching and learning, and also corridors are equipped with protective Shuan, doors and windows of the building layout are reasonable to meet  the public use requirements, then ,the height of two to four layer are all 4.2 m. Finally Structural Design of the building includes the selection of structure, structural arrangement, structural construction plans, and drawing,such as the integrated use of Tianzheng, PKPM software with whose function the construction of the calculations were checked and adjusted.

设计要求
办公室6个,每个面积约为36平方米;多功能大厅1个,约200平方米;接待室2个,每个约60平方米;档案室1个,约60平方米;主门厅约1000平方米;每层设男女厕所;楼梯两部电梯一部。其余设计应符合大学图书馆的基本要求。

工程地质概况
1、轻亚粘土,厚2.5m,承载力特征值170Kpa;
2、混圆砾,厚7.0m,承载力特征值280Kpa ;
3、中等风化岩,厚8.0m, 承载力特征值10.5Mpa ;
地下水:最高水位地表下2.5m,属于Ⅱ类场地,设计地震分组为第一组,地震为7度(0.1g)设防。
