摘 要:施工现场质量管理是施工过程中质量管理的重要组成部分,切实抓好现场质量管理是创造优良工程的关键。而在现场管理中只有通过加强项目各参与的沟通协调,才能从根本上解决现场出现的各种生产技术问题。本文通过采用因果分析法,排列图法等多种手段,按照ISO9000族标准开展质量管理工作,从质量计划、质量保证、质量控制等质量管理的主要环节入手,系统地分析建筑施工现场质量管理。结合现场质量管理过程中出现的问题,针对性地提出了意见,对当前建筑施工企业的质量管理具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

Research on the Field Quality Management on the Basement of Communication and Coordination
Abstract:Construction site during the construction of quality management is an important part of quality management, quality management is a really good grasp of the scene to create the key to good works. Only by strengthening the communication and coordination of the participating projects in the site management can we fundamentally solve the on-site production of technical issues arise. In this paper, using cause and effect analysis, Pareto law and other means, in accordance with the ISO9000 family of quality management standards, from quality plan, quality assurance, quality control, quality management, the main link through systematic analysis of quality management in construction site. According to the field of quality management process problems, and puts forward opinions on the current quality management of construction enterprises with certain reference and the reference value.
